Something on the site is wrong, stale or broken. Include the page URL and what you believe the correct information is.

  • A price or discount that has changed

This is a static site with no server behind it. Nothing you type below is transmitted, stored or logged anywhere — the form only assembles the text and hands it to your own email app, where you can read it, change it and decide whether to send.

What a message cannot buy

There is no rate card. Coverage, position in a ranking and the score itself are not for sale, and no brand sees an article before it is published. What a messagecan do is put new evidence in front of me — and evidence does change verdicts.

Questions people actually ask

How does this site make money?

Affiliate commission. Many of the "buy" links here are tagged, and if you buy through one, the retailer pays this site a small share of the sale. You pay the same price either way. That is the whole business model — there is no advertising sales team and nothing on the site is a paid placement. Theaffiliate disclosure spells this out in full.

Do brands pay for reviews, scores or placement?

No. Nobody can buy a review, a position in a ranking, a score, or a mention. No brand or retailer sees an article before it is published, and none has ever been given approval over wording or a verdict. If that ever changes for a specific piece, it will be stated at the top of that piece in plain language.

Can I send you a product to review?

You can offer, and offers get read — but there is no guarantee of coverage, no guarantee of a favourable write-up, and no promised timeline. Most things covered here are bought at normal retail price with the site's own money. Where a unit is supplied by a brand or a PR agency, that fact is printed on the page itself, and it changes nothing about how the product is judged. Send offers to the partnerships desk above.

How do you decide what to test?

Mostly reader demand and what is genuinely confusing to buy: two products that look identical on paper, a category full of near-clones, or something where the marketing claim and the experience diverge. Commission rates are not part of that choice — plenty of what gets covered pays little or nothing. Themethodology page describes the selection process and what actually gets measured.

I found an error. How do I report it?

Use the corrections desk above, or the form on this page with "Correction" selected. Include the page URL and what you think is wrong — a source helps but is not required. Substantive corrections are made on the page with a dated note saying what changed and when; typos are just fixed.

Will you change a negative verdict if a brand asks?

Only if the brand shows that something in the article is factually wrong — a mis-measured figure, the wrong model, a firmware fix that resolves the problem. In that case the article is updated and the change is logged. Being unhappy with the conclusion is not, on its own, a reason to change it.
